Delete your Tripycco account

This page explains how to permanently delete a Tripycco traveller account, whether you created it in the Tripycco app or on this website, and what happens to your data when you do.

Two ways to do it

In the Tripycco app: open Profile, then tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
On this website: sign in, then confirm with your password below.

What is deleted

Your account, your name, email address and phone number
Your profile picture and bio
Your reviews and saved trips
Your signed-in sessions and the phones registered for notifications
Upcoming bookings that are not paid yet, whose places go back on sale

What is kept

Trips you have already taken stay in the agency's booking records for their accounts, with your name, email address and phone number removed.

Before you delete

If a trip you have paid for is still ahead, arrange it with the agency first. Deletion is refused until then, so a paid trip is never cancelled by accident.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
